Course Description

As a technical professional, the need to communicate orally is just as important as the ability to write well. An employee might be asked to give presentations on behalf of their employer or as part of a team.

An important element of this course is to address the issue of confidence in order to help candidates overcome any fears they may have of speaking in front of an audience. In this workshop, candidates apply practical skills and learn basic techniques for improving their one-on-one and group presentation skills in a comfortable setting, and with content that's easy to learn.

At the end of this session, candidates will know how to apply various techniques in public speaking. They’ll be able speak confidently and make a favorable impression on listeners.

The 30 Bird Presenting with Impact course introduces concepts and techniques necessary to help candidates learn all the skills necessary to deliver successful presentations. They’ll also learn how to avoid pitfalls along the way, and deal with potentially challenging situations.
