This code is provided by your training provider and is essential for correctly linking your learner profile to their account.
🎓 If you are enrolled through a training provider:
You must enter the Institution Code given to you by your Training Provider. This ensures:
- You are attached to the correct institution
- You gain access to the correct course content
- Your progress and assessments are tracked by your provider
- Any voucher issued by your provider will work correctly
🚫 DO NOT use the default code ACC2370 unless specifically instructed
The default Institution Code ACC2370 links your account to a Guest Login.
This is only intended for public students who are not registered with any specific institution.
Using the ACC2370 code by mistake will result in:
- Your voucher not working
- Your profile being linked to a guest account, not your training provider
- Incorrect or limited access to course materials
- No tracking of your progress or certification by your provider
- Possible delays in support and verification
